CAD 3D Rendering
We provide 3D rendering for design confirmation. Revisions can be discussed before the project proceeds to physical production.
Mold Making
After 3D confirmation, the rendering is turned into a metal model (Mold) — the base for sampling.
Sample Making
The Mold produces about 3 pcs of physical samples for confirmation — sample lead time & cost arranged.
Bulk Production
During production, internal QC may include silver content checks, plating thickness inspection, stone-setting stability and dimensional checks.
Private-Label Packaging
Custom branding solutions can include logo applications, hang tags, anti-oxidation bags and branded jewelry boxes.

Quality Documentation for Each Production Batch
Batch-specific documentation can be provided for 925 silver purity and nickel-free REACH compliance. This is batch-level reporting rather than a general-purpose certification.

Mold Fee
The one-time mold fee (creating the master mold from your design) is credited back against bulk orders once cumulative orders per design reach 100 pcs (925 Silver) or 500 pcs (Copper).
Lead Time
Sample & bulk lead times depend on design, material, quantity and requirements: 925 Silver 12–15 days / Copper within 7 days.
Payment Terms
Samples are 100% prepaid. Bulk orders: 70% deposit + 30% balance before shipment. Secure payment methods supported — PayPal, WorldFirst, etc.
