A typical project follows 6 steps: ①Concept & Brief— send your sketch, reference image or existing sample; ②CAD 3D Rendering— we send a 3D render within 48 hours for your confirmation; ③Mold Making— 2–3 days to produce the metal master mold; ④Sample Making— 4–7 days to produce physical samples for your approval; ⑤Bulk Production— 925 silver orders take 12–15 days, copper orders within 7 days; ⑥QC & Packaging— final inspection, photo confirmation, then dispatch.

Yes. Every custom order starts with a physical sample so you can check the design, stone setting and finish before bulk production. Samples are ready in4–7 daysafter your CAD render and mold are confirmed. We ship samples by DHL/FedEx with tracking.

MOQ depends on the material: -925 sterling silver: from20+pieces per design -Copper with low-cost crystals: from100+pieces per design Mixed designs cannot be combined to meet one design's MOQ. Low MOQ is designed for small brands and test runs — when a design sells well, we scale it into bulk.

-Mold fee (master mold): $30–70 per design, depending on complexity. This isrefundableonce you reach100+ pieces per design in 925 silveror500+ pieces in copper. -Sample fee (physical samples, 1–5 pcs):non-refundable, because it covers the actual labor and materials used to produce your samples. Both are quoted together before we start.

Yes. Every 925 silver piece is stamped withS925. On request we can providethird-party purity test reportsfor production batches. We also offerrecycled silver on request(subject to availability per batch). For material compliance or conflict-mineral documentation for specific markets, please tell us your requirements before sampling.

Private-label branding can be discussed according to the product and packaging requirements. Available options may include logo applications, jewelry packaging, brand cards and other project-specific presentation details.

US $25–35 · EU $35–50 ·3–5 business days. Best for time-sensitive samples and urgent reorders. -Dedicated Line (China–US / EU)— est. US $10–15 · EU $12–18 ·7–15 business days. Best for cost-saving, regular restocks. -Insurance— Available on request for high-value shipments. Both tiers provide full tracking. Pre-shipment inspection is part of the final production process. Where agreed, relevant photos or order-specific inspection information can be discussed before shipment.

Yes. We treat every custom design as confidential. We are happy tosign an NDA before you share any design files, sketches or customer-confidential material. Signed designs are only used for your production, never reused for other clients.

Our production is done entirely in our own workshop in Meilong, China — every piece is cast, set and finished by our own craftsmen. For cross-border settlement and export customs clearance, we operate through a licensed export entity,Yuandong Trading Co., Ltd.This is a standard structure for Chinese manufacturers handling international orders — the trading entity is the legal window for payment, customs and tax, not a middleman reselling your production. You are still dealing directly with the factory. Your price, samples and production schedule all come from our workshop, not from a third-party trader.
