From Raw Material to Shipment: Our 6-Step Quality Flow

Quality is not decided by a last-minute inspection. In our workshop, every order moves through six fixed stages — and each stage is checked before the next one starts. This is the flow your pieces will follow, from raw material to shipment.

Six Gates, From Raw Material to Shipment

Each stage contributes to the final result rather than relying only on a final check. The flow below is the same one applied to both 925 sterling silver and copper lines.

Our 6-Step Quality Flow
STEP 01
Material & Stone Check
Silver weighed per spec; stones screened for color and damage.
STEP 02
Casting / Forming
Silver cast from molds; copper stamped or cast. Edges trimmed.
STEP 03
Stone Setting
Stones set by hand — prongs closed tight, stones centered.
STEP 04
Polishing & Plating
Surfaces polished; rhodium or antique plating per spec.
STEP 05
Final QC
Five-point inspection: security, prongs, finish, plating, symmetry.
STEP 06
Packing & Dispatch
Counted twice against the PO; packed per spec; dispatched on time.
925 Sterling Silver: 12–15 days  ·  Copper: usually within 7 days  ·  Five-point QC at every gate

What the Five-Point QC Covers

The final QC at every gate is not a single check — it covers five points on each piece:

  • Stone security — stones firmly held with no looseness or movement
  • Prongs — claws neat, symmetrical and properly closed
  • Finish — polished surface without visible marks or scratches
  • Plating — color and coverage consistent with the confirmed requirement
  • Symmetry — overall shape and alignment match the approved sample

Lead Times by Material

Production time depends on the material line, so you can plan your stock accordingly:

  • 925 Sterling Silver — MOQ from 20 pieces; bulk orders typically completed in 12–15 days.
  • Copper — MOQ from 100 pieces; usually completed within 7 days.

If you are planning a collection and want to review samples before bulk production, send us your designs and reference images — we will confirm the quality details that matter most to your line.
